Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your life leadership coach. I’d love the opportunity to work with you.

Coaching means that I support you in becoming the best you can be. It's important to me that you feel comfortable when we speak, so I don't mind taking the time for an informal initial conversation.

Born in San Diego, California, the younger of two daughters. A cheery disposition from birth, my mother always called me her sunbeam, and that has stuck with me for life. 

And my life did go on. On this crazy journey, I have encountered the bad, the good and the worst in my life. I've experienced crushing sorrow and overwhelming joy, but never lost my smile.

While on this path, I would reach out to people, friends and strangers in pain to share, educate and open their mind to a different way of thinking. To help them work their way to find peace. I've met people so hurt, souls damaged by events in life, people bearing such hatred and rage inside them, that it blocked their own light. 

Was it always successful? No it wasn't. This process is like any activity that needs time, energy and dedication. It takes reaching all the way down and cleaning everything out. I have met a few who at the time did not have whatever was needed for them to confront their demons, and that's fine!  Everyone has their day when enough is enough.  I have seen it multiple times, I see the determination and resolve in the knowledge there really is more to this life, your life.

I know you truly want to find a better way, and release everything that, up until now, has weighed you down, like stones around your neck? I am telling you, my friend, you desire better than that.   Allow me to show you how it is completely possible to step into the light, to let go, and find joy in your life.
